If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of shipping out of our factory for us to review. Pictures will need to be submitted along with a description of why you would like a return or redo. All returns are subject to validation.

Shipping Methods

 

Nex Level Branding reserves the right to ship your order using the method we deem to be the most efficient. Due to the volume of orders shipped daily, adjustments to shipping methods and locations MUST be received 3 days before the scheduled ship date or changes cannot be guaranteed. We will not be responsible for the accuracy of these changes unless they are received in writing.

Please note that all transit times are estimated only and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipping Estimates

Nex Level Branding will provide freight estimates. However, estimated costs and transit times are not guaranteed and Odyssey will not be responsible for the final freight billing. Any and all additional shipping accessories will need to be advised of at the time of the quote/order or the shipping estimate will solely be for curb to curb. Credit will not be issued if final freight charges are different than quotation given. Full-value insured shipments must be clearly stated on your order.

Though we do carry a selection of popular glassware and ceramic mugs, many of the items we offer are not stocked in our warehouse. Orders submitted for items not stocked at our facility or items that are currently out of stock can be ordered for you with a submitted purchase order to us. Inventory availability is based on current quantities available at the immediate time of quote. These quantities can change without notice and can only be guaranteed and mortgaged with the receipt of a firm purchase order. All and any pricing can change at any given time, with or without notice. We reserve the right to change the pricing at any time. While we do our best to ensure accurate and updated pricing, suppliers do send out sporadic price updates throughout the year that we must abide by.
